School RelocationUAE Education & Family Relocation Advisory

Abu Dhabi · United Arab Emirates

A thoughtful beginning for a greater future

Independent educational and family relocation advisory for international families planning a move to the United Arab Emirates.

We help parents make informed decisions about their children's education, identify suitable schools, navigate admissions and organise the practical aspects of relocating to the UAE.

A better-informed choice today. A wider horizon tomorrow.

01Our Philosophy

A child's future begins with the decisions we make today

“Nothing reveals the true character of society more clearly than the way it treats its children.”

Nelson Mandela

Education is one of the most significant decisions a family makes. It influences not only a child's academic development, but also their confidence, character, relationships and understanding of the world.

Choosing a school in another country requires much more than comparing rankings, facilities or curriculum names. It requires an understanding of the individual child, the family's priorities and the opportunities offered by different educational environments.

Our work is guided by five principles.

  1. 01

    Wisdom

The ability to look beyond immediate circumstances and consider the long-term implications of every important decision.

  2. 02

    Clarity

Making complex educational and relocation processes understandable, structured and manageable.

  3. 03

    Character

Education extends beyond academic achievement. It also develops values, confidence, independence and personal responsibility.

  4. 04

    Broad Perspective

Understanding different educational systems, cultures and opportunities, enabling families to decide with a wider perspective.

  5. 05

    Responsibility

Approaching every family's circumstances and important decisions with professionalism, discretion and respect.

We do not believe that a school should be chosen simply because it is popular. Our objective is to identify an educational environment in which each individual child can develop, acquire knowledge and build a strong foundation for the future.

03Education in the UAE

An international educational landscape

The UAE offers one of the most diverse international school education systems in the region. Families can choose between different educational philosophies, curricula, languages of instruction and academic pathways. Understanding these options is an important first step towards identifying the right school.

The American Curriculum

Based on academic credits, continuous assessment and a broad selection of subjects, with flexibility in planning further education.

How to identify the right educational pathway

  • The child's current educational level
  • Previous school reports and academic performance
  • Language proficiency
  • Age and year-group placement requirements
  • Future university aspirations

  • The possibility of moving to another country in the future

Our role is to help families understand the available educational pathways and identify the options most appropriate to their circumstances.

04School Selection

The right school is an individual decision

A school's reputation is only one element of the selection process. The quality of an educational experience is determined by academic standards, teaching methodology, leadership, student support, facilities, school culture and the individual needs of the child.

Academic Quality

  • Curriculum structure and academic standards
  • Examination results and future pathways
  • Universities attended by graduates
  • Teaching quality and academic leadership
  • Assessment and reporting systems

Student Development

  • Pastoral care and student wellbeing
  • Individual academic support
  • English as an Additional Language (EAL)
  • Gifted and talented programmes
  • Inclusive learning and additional needs

School Environment

  • School culture and values
  • Class sizes and learning environments
  • Teachers' qualifications and experience
  • Campus facilities and resources
  • Sports, arts, music and activities

Practical Considerations

  • Location and daily commute
  • Tuition fees and additional expenses
  • Availability of places
  • Admission requirements
  • School transportation and term dates

We consider not only the immediate transition, but also the child's long-term educational pathway — helping parents understand the differences between schools, ask the right questions and make an informed decision.

08FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between School Relocation and Family Relocation?

School Relocation focuses on education: researching schools, selecting an educational institution, organising school visits, managing admissions and coordinating enrolment. Family Relocation includes all School Relocation services and additionally covers accommodation, moving arrangements, administrative coordination, family integration, lifestyle and business relocation.

Can you help if we have not yet chosen a school?

Yes. We can begin by assessing your family's needs, reviewing your child's educational background and researching suitable schools before you make a final decision.

Do you work with different international curricula?

Yes. Depending on the family's requirements, we research schools offering British, American, International Baccalaureate (IB) and other educational programmes.

Can you help a child who is not yet fluent in English?

Yes. We can research schools offering English as an Additional Language (EAL) support and explain the available language preparation options. The level of support and admission requirements must be confirmed directly with each school.

Can you organise school visits?

Yes. We can coordinate requests for school visits and meetings with admissions departments, subject to each institution's availability and policies. Accompaniment during visits can be provided as part of the agreed scope of services.

Do you guarantee school admission?

Our approach is based on preparing an individual admissions profile for every child: we review their educational background, strengths, language proficiency and circumstances, identify suitable schools and develop a considered admissions strategy. We take responsibility for preparing the strongest possible application package and supporting the family throughout. The final admission decision is made by the school in accordance with its assessment criteria and the availability of places.

Can you help with entrance examination preparation?

We can explain entrance examination requirements, help families understand the assessment process and organise appropriate preparation. Private tutoring and specialised educational support are arranged separately.

Can you help us find accommodation?

Yes. As part of our Family Relocation programme, we can research suitable residential areas, shortlist property options, coordinate viewings and assist with communication with real estate agents. Property transactions are handled by licensed professionals.

Can you help with visas and documentation?

We provide general information and coordinate administrative stages with the relevant service providers. Visa applications, legal advice and other regulated services are carried out by authorised professionals and remain subject to approval by the relevant government authorities.

Can we book just one individual service?

Yes. Individual services may be available independently, subject to feasibility and agreement on the scope of work.

Do you work with families who already live in the UAE?

Yes. We assist families already residing in the UAE who are considering changing schools, transferring to another educational programme or seeking support with family relocation matters.

Are third-party expenses included in your service fees?

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the agreement, third-party expenses — such as school registration fees, tuition, deposits, property-related expenses, visa fees, translation and legalisation, transportation or private tutoring — are not included. All applicable expenses are agreed upon before work begins.
